Off the top of my head: Robin was contractually prevented from acting from 1980-1982, made a number of movie and TV appearances (including a starring role in a short-lived series) from 1983-1987, then with one minor exception abandoned film work for radio, the stage, and poetry readings, until somewhere around 2000 when she left the entertainment industry altogether and never looked back, except when she&#039;s forced to by her fans, which is why she does her best to keep her whereabouts private.]]></description>
